Dr. Derek Cavatorta of SRH Veterinary Services needed to show his equine clients the complexity of the horse gastrointestinal tract to communicate the nutritional requirements of the horse and improve compliance.
He used this didactic color illustration, which compares the equine gastrointestinal system to the human gastrointestinal system, allowing clients to better understand the concepts described in his equine nutrition lecture series.
